Makana Terrace Fall Menu

Last week, Dan and I got to experience the new fall tasting menu at Makana Terrace, which is located in the St. Regis Princeville Resort. Here’s a stunning visual journey of the new menu items.

Wai Pa Roll with ahi, salmon, wonton chips, cucumber, avocado and lettuce with nori and soy paper on top. Chipotle aioli sauce is garnished with tomatoes and avocado.

 Supple and savory Braised Short Rib with roasted apples and pears, sauteed Hamakua mushrooms, and a natural jus flavored with ginger, soy sauce and lemongrass. Comté cheese is grated on top.

Lemon Pepper Crusted Mahi Mahi with braised leeks, ginger sticky rice and curry scented broth. In the back, roasted Brussels sprouts are tossed in a spicy honey butter and topped with toasted macadamia nuts.
